One week ago, Hell invaded Earth again. You were captured by demons several days ago and have been locked up in a cell ever since. You must find a way to escape the prison.
Map 2: Corrupted Caves

You've come upon a series of caves. There aren't any bats, but there's a horde of demons that need to be taught a lesson.
Map 3: Cabin in the Woods

You're lost in the woods, and the only thing around is an old log cabin. As you approach, you notice tentacles from some hellspawn creature wrapped around the structure.
Map 4: Fortress of Torment

You look upon the horizon and see a fortress surrounded by an army from Hell. You didn't realize things had gotten so bad on earth, but now the realization has sunken in permanently.
Map 5: Unholy Citadel

Before you lies the unholy citadel, a demonic construct of pain and damnation where prisoners of war have their souls taken by demons who come to pray to Hell in the citadel's cathedral. UAC intelligence has learned that an Icon of Sin has made the citadel its nest.
Hint: Activate the secret level (Map 31) by 'playing chess'. Once inside the citadel, look for a brown cross lit in green to access the chess board!
Map 31: Wolfenstein Returns

Hitler has been resurrected again and commands a brigade of Nazis intent on delivering Earth to the hellish forces that have been ravaging the planet. You must infiltrate Castle Wolfenstein, fight your way through the Nazi forces, and destroy Hitler once and for all.
Hint: Activate the super secret level (Map 32) by shooting a small likeness of Hitler lit in green!
Map 32: North Korean Nightmare

North Korean supreme leader Kim Jong-un has formed an alliance with the demons and is hellbent on succeeding where Hitler failed. Humanity is counting on you to prevent a North Korean armageddon.
Map 6: Labyrinth

The next section of territory looks more like a maze from hell than earth. Let's hope you don't get lost.
Map 7: Dead Simple Too

You've come upon a demon temple plotted right in the middle of the neighborhood. This looks simple, but things are often not what they appear to be.
Map 8: Monster Condos

Next stop is an apartment complex overrun by monsters who slayed all the previous tenants. It's time to show those demonspawn squatters what happens when they don't pay their rent.
Map 9: Aqueducts

You've found some water aqueducts used to process and channel water to the area. Let's hope you can swim.
Map 10: Station of Sin

You have a feeling something big is going on at the warehouse that lies in front of you. An Icon of Sin is rumored to be in the area.
Episode 2: Urban Incursion
Map 11: UAC Command

Demons have overrun UAC Command and have begun executing prisoners at the gallows. They've also begun brewing toxic chemicals in one of the labs. You must infiltrate the base and put a stop to all demonic activities within.
Map 12: Inner Sanctum

You proceed deeper into the UAC compound to an area known as the inner sanctum, where the most closely guarded secrets of the UAC reside. Demonic worshipping was taking place within this sanctum, and toxic waste fills the lower corridors.
Map 13: Demon Court

Your next challenge is demon court. Deep in the heart of the courthouse, Hell has appointed a cyberdemon as the judge and has literally hung the jury.
Map 14: Skyscraper

You've come upon an enormous skyscraper infested with demons. The offices have all been abandoned by the living, so you're flying solo as usual. Let's hope you're not afraid of heights.
Map 15: Industrial Zone Redux

You've made your way into the industrial zone of the city and realize you've been here before... the first time hell invaded earth 30 years ago. Demonic towers, built on top of the remnants of the original industrial zone, now dominate the area.
Hint: Activate the secret level (Map 33) by locating and defeating the twin spider masterminds!
Map 33: Bowling

You need to take a crap, and the closest restroom is in the nearby bowling alley. After relieving yourself, you hear the growls of demons entering the building, and they're not here to play.
Hint: Activate the super secret level (Map 34) by 'bowling' all the lanes!
Map 34: Fight Night

Hell has taken over the local combat arena and is putting on a show. You decide to enter the competition and prove once and for all that you are the champion of the world.
Map 16: Cesspool

Still in the industrial heart of the city, your next obstacle is a toxic chemical and sewage refinery. Of course the place is overrun with demons.
Map 17: Barrel Repository

Secrets: 3
Your next obstacle is a warehouse full of explosive barrels owned by The Dandy Corporation. Just don't stand too close to anything that looks like it's about to explode.
Map 18: Subway

Secrets: 3
In a back alleyway, you find an entrance to a subway station hidden amongst the shadows. With all the other paths blocked, going underground seems to be your best bet.
Map 19: City Streets

You're downtown on the streets close the headquarters of The Dandy Corporation, where the portal Hell invaded through is located. You must infilrate the premises and find a way into the Dandy headquarters.
Map 20: Corporation of Sin

To save Earth, you must complete your mission and destroy the portal connected to Hell. An Icon of Sin sits on the other side of the portal, spawning unholy abominations into our realm. Battle your way through the corporate headquarters to locate the portal and stop the demonic invasion once and for all.
